Dear all,
If you use the "I can't believe it's not butter"
spray margerine, I have found that the bottle,
after emptying and washing, will work fine to
spray olive oil. I did the experiments and the
math, and I came up with 0.2 grams fat per one
full spray from an upright bottle. You can
accept that, or check it yourself. I do not
know how that compares to Pam, but I bet that
it's comparable.
