i get my potabella mushrooms at the supermarket. they are usually with the
regular mushrooms. they come loose, and also sliced, cleaned and wrapped in
plastic.(of course the wrapped ones are much more expensive). but i do prefer
to get get them whole, there is soooo much more i can do with them. but, i do
not buy the as often as i would like because the usually cost about $4.00 lb.
i have also seen them in the produce shop and the hfs, but they are *much* more
expensive.
