Potato Leek Soup

Hi, Gang!

I finally got the opportunity to make Faith Hood's Potato Leek Soup.  WOW!!  
Without a doubt, this is the best soup I've ever had; and I made it at home, no 
less!

Thanks for sharing it, Faith.  I'm overwhelmed (and stuffed.)
