beans and gas

I haven't seen this topic discussed here--I use a pressure cooker to
cook my beans. I couldn't live without it. No soaking, so water changes,
and the beans cook in about 20 minutes from dry state and don't seem to
produce much gas. As a totally disorganized vegetarian--my life is sooo
much more simple since I discovered the pressure cooker. I don't have to
plan my meals a day in advance. The modern ones are constructed from
stainless steel--and they are perfectly safe. If anyone wants
