Tamale question..

     I just saw a coworker eating a tamale...
     Does anyone have a ff tamale recipe???  I love
     tamales but have never made them and most have loads
     of lard or oil....is fat necessary?  If anyone has had
     success in making a ff version, please post!  Thanks!
