This is going to sound strange, but prepared polenta( that you buy in the roll) topped with fatfree "Bountiful Basil"pasta sauce(can't remember the brand for sure, maybe Enrico's)and a little fatfree mozzerella does it for me. It tastes very close to tamales. Kim ------------------------------
