Ginger Oat cookies

Wow, are these good and easy. I got the recipe, I assume, from fatfree
a long time ago. My notes follow.

2 bananas
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup wheat flour
2 cups outs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
3 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350F 10-15 minutes.

Note: the original recipe has 3/4 cup sugar also; I omitted it and
they are plenty sweet. The original recipe also calls for lots of
raisons, but I find the texture so interesting with so many oats that
I like it the way it is. Finally, I drop them in quite small very lumpy
drops -- I make to attempt to round them out. This way, the oats kind
of stick out here and there, and are quite crunchy! ... this is a rare
property of a fatfree cookie (and of course they become less crunchy
as they cool).

Enjoy!
