Because you can never have too much advice on how to freeze bananas... :)
I always peel my bananas and break them into 1-2 inch chunks before freezing.
I lay them out on a flat surface (cookie sheet, old aluminum pie pan) til
they're frozen, then transfer to tupperware or bag. That way you have exactly
the amount you need.
