Hi, Just want to mention that if the ingredients in your cheese include "enzymes" chances are about 99 to 1 (or greater) that the cheese contains animal- derived rennet. Those cheeses using vegetable enzymes (i.e. rennin) almost always say so. Annice ------------------------------
