Gravy Idea

All:

I was just reading Gayle Green's note on making fat free gravy when I
thought of a great substitute for the flour.  Guar Gum  would make a
really good thickening agent for gravy (instead of flour).  I have used it
quite often with instant soup and I bet it would do really well for gravy
too.
