new skillets

I have 5 cast iron skillets that are a century old.  After each use I
spray them with Pam and put them away.  Before using I just rinse out
under hot water.  They are beautifully seasoned and can fry and egg with
no fat added better than any no-stick pan I have ever owned.  Use the
spray.  It's so much easier.
