vlf Hollandaise?

Hey Folks,

My lady and I love Hollandaise sauce, and we've been working on an
acceptable product using margarine and egg beaters.  We've achieved ok
results, but could be happier.  If anyone with any methods of getting that
'richness' into it without introducing fat could so post we'd appreciate
it!
