"Fried" veggies & egg beaters

Okay, this may sound odd and if you brown it much, it LOOKS odd, but I
enjoy the dish none-the-less.  My family is used to my, . . . um,
interesting dishes that I come up with so they simply shake their heads
when I made a plateful of this.  Its good for protein and veggies, though!

"Fried" veggies & Egg Beaters/Whites

--Egg Whites of FF Egg Beaters equivalent to 2 large eggs
--1 or 2 cans (depending on appetite) of green beans, peas, carrots, and/or
corn
--1 small can mushrooms
optional:
--pepper/chili powder/garlic/lite salt to taste
--I sometimes put a little ketchup or honey mustard sauce over it

Spray heated skillet with non-stick FF cooking spray (try
buttered-flavor!).  "Fry" carrots, beans, peas, or whatever with mushrooms
until browning.  Pour egg whites/beaters over veggies.  Toss to fully cook
whites.  Sprinkle with pepper, garlic, chili powder, etc. if desired.  Let
cool so its not scalding hot; enjoy!
