I don't have a microwave, but when I've forgotten to soak beans overnight I put
them in a pot, cover them with water, bring to a boil, cover and boil for 2
minutes, and then soak for 2 hours.  Then, as Laura says, drain and cook as
usual.  Not as quick as the microwave, but quicker than 4 hours or overnight.
