Liquid mister

Hi Eva,

Was that a pun.....a *mister* that actually works? :o)

Seriously, I have a very inexpensive mister, manufactured in Canada by
Browne and Co., Ltd. called *The Spray Pump". Found it at my local kitchen
gadget store for $3.95 and it works like a charm......I have two of them,
one for olive oil and one for balsamic vinegar.

The trick I've found is to pump plenty of air into it before trying to spray
and also, I hold my saute skillet on it's side so that I can keep the mister
upright when I spray and it makes a difference. The woman at the store
commented that many people just don't take the time to pump enough pressure
before trying to spray.

Cheers, Marilyn
