Amy's dinner party

To  Amy whose in a tizzy about 20 people for dinner.  I suggest making a big
pot of vegetarian chili.  Serve with rice, green salad, and crusty bread.
Or, a big pot of hearty bean and vegetable soup (lots of recipes in the
archive for both chili and soups!) and serve with salad and bread.  Both the
chili & rice and soup can be made the day before and reheated when you get
home. You could even cut up the greens the day before and serve it salad-bar
