You might also consider a giant pasta feed -- just pick up some
interesting fatfree pasta sauce (several jars) and several pounds of
some interesting-shaped pasta. Boil water, add pasta; heat the sauce
through. Maybe pick up a loaf or two of Italian bread at the local
bakery. I did this for a meeting of a dozen people some years back, and
it worked great -- everyone wanted to come over to our house again for
the meeting! Hmmm, maybe that didn't work so great after all... :)
