I saw a new product in my grocery yesterday. It is identified as "Land O
Lakes Gourmet Fat Free Half & Half." Has anyone tried this yet,
particularly in cooking? I used to make a wonderful cream-based soup, but I
gave it up when I began to eat vlf. I would love to make it again. I called
the 800# on the package, and the rep said that the product might curdle in
a soup unless I make a roux with the cream & flour before adding it. She is
also sending me a brochure of recipes.
