Re: Grapenut Bars and Monterey

Tried making the Grapenut Bars and they were tasty but did not get hard or 
crunchy like store-bought bars.  Is this true?  Makes them a bit hard to 
freeze.

Also, any of "our kind" (vegetarian, health conscious, low/no fat) of 
restaurants in  Monterey, Carmel or Santa Cruz, California would be 
appreciated.
