I tried a new product from Land o Lakes called Gourmet Fat Free Half & Half.
It tastes just like half and half. I blended it with fat free cottage cheese
to make a fantastic cream sauce with dill for white fish. I highly recommend
it. You can find it in the cream section of your local grocery store.
