I live in the Coachella Valley ( Palm Springs area) and believe it or not we
do not have a good health food store. I am looking for large chunk TVP &
seitan mixes. Can anyone steer me to a mail-order company? Claudia
PS I've been studying the recipes in the No Fat Holiday Cookbook and think
the author is insightful and creative.
