I used the directions below and found the onion ring recipe. It is at
home now or I would post it.
Go to the fatfree archive. At the bottom there is a little box
that will search. Type Onion Rings.
The next page will have a list of Onion Ring stuff.
If you cursor down you will find the Onion Ring recipe. click on
that choice and it will take you to the recipe.
If you still can't find it, let me know and I will post the recipe
on Monday.

really his name.) In the search window, just type the two words, onion
ring, and you can find the recipe. He felt that they tasted as good as
the real ones. One of these days I've got to try the recipe.....
I believe the one piece of feedback I saw was someone who suggested
that you dip the rings in seasoned flour before the egg
substitute. This might be good to try since it could make the egg
substitute adhere better.
