Lori Brody's Bread Machine Baking cookbook has a recipe for a chocolate cake
made with yeast - in a bread machine, of course, although it could probaby be
adapted to be made without the bread machine. However, the recipe strays
pretty far afield of the parameters of this list (and it DOES include some
dairy), so e-mail me privately if you want more details.
