There's a great Tex-mex place called LaHacienda Ranch - close to the DFW
airport off of hwy 121 I think. They have great veggie fajitas - just ask for
no oil and their salsa is to die for - roasted veggies give it a real smokey
flavor, but it is usually spicy, so watch out.
