Hello,
I don't use mayonnaise when I make potato salad. I cook some tiny new
potatoes, steam some snow peas, chop some green onion and red pepper and
a few fresh herbs. I mix it all with a vinagrette and let it marinate
for a while.
As a canuck, I'll use it for a Canada Day picnic on 1st July rather than
4th July!
