bragg's amino whatever and seitan

Hi,
Finally ran across the Bragg's amino liquid, and can't remember what we do 
with it.  It tastes just like soy sauce to me, so what gives?

Also bought some seitan on the same trip, I'm afraid - what shall I do with 
it?
