 Daniella Chace.
 
 I made the Medium recipe in my Panasonic, and I ran out of white flour
 so I used 1/2 c white, 2.5 c whole wheat, and 2TBSP gluten.  I also
 cut the salt to 1/2 tsp.  The book gives large, medium and small recipes.
 
 Ginger Pumpkin Bread  from Bread Machine Baking for Better Health

 3/4 c nonfat milk
 3/4 c canned pumpkin 
 3 TBSP blackstrap molasses
 1.5 c whole wheat bread flour
 1.5 c unbleached bread flour
 1.5 TBSP vital wheat gluten
 3/4 tsp ginger
 3/4 tsp salt
 1.5 tsp yeast
 
 Nutrition facts based on medium sized loaf.
 
 Serving size 2.954 oz (10 per container).  166 calories, 10 calories 
 from fat, total fat 1g, sodium 177mg, carbohydrate 34g (dietary fiber 2g
 sugars 3g), protein 7g.  vitamin A 44%, C 1%, calcium 7%, iron 16%.
