 Bread
 
 3 cups WW flour
 3/8 cup wheat gluten flour
 2 heaping teas. salt
 1 1/2 cups water at 110 Degrees F
 4 teas. active dry yeast
 3 T's honey
 
 Mix the flour, gluten flour, and salt in a large bowl.
 
 Pour the water into the bread machine's pan.  It is important to use a 
 thermometer.  Sprinkl the yeast into the water.  Stir with a wooden spoon 
 until the yeast is thoroughly dissolved.  Add the honey.  Stir with a 
 wooden spoon until the honey is thoroughly dissolved.  Add the flour 
 mixture.  Gently stir in each corner of the pan to mix thoroughly.
 
 Place the pan in the bread machien. Set on the bread menu.  Push start 
 and lock buttons, choose medium or light crust.
