 Recipe from Sarah Schlesinger's cookbook "500 Fat Free Recipes."
 
 Cottage Cheese-Dill Dressing
 
 1/3 c. nonfat buttermilk
 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
 1 Tbsp. nonfat Parmesan cheese
 1 scallion, chopped
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
 1/2 tsp. dried dill
 1/4 tsp. black pepper
 
 Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.  Process until smooth.
  Chill in a covered container 4 hours until serving.  Serves 4.  31 calories
 per 3 1/2 Tbsp. serving.  0 g fat.  VARIATION:  Substitute 1/3 c. plain
 nonfat yogurt for cottage cheese.  Delete parmesan cheese & dill.  Add 2
 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 2 Tbsp. honey.
