   1 1/2  tablespoons   apple juice, frozen concentrate
   1      tablespoon    fatfree Parmesan cheese
     1/2  whole         Cucumber -- peeled, seeded and
                        Chopped
     1/2                Lime -- juice of
   1      dash          pepper

  Blend in blender until smooth.
