Stuffed Peppers

     Hi!
     
     Does anyone have a recipe for stuffed peppers that involves baking the 
     peppers after they are stuffed? Something spicy, tomatoe-y that 
     includes rice...Thanks in advance..
     
     BTW..I make the honey-baked lentils (1/2 barley 1/2 lentils) and it 
     was DELISH!! Thanks very much,
