jack in the box's tacos

I was told by a friend that the Jack in the Box tacos, which seemingly
contain meat actually do not use meat due to shipping reasons.  He said
that a soy-based product was substituted instead.  Is there any truth to
this?  Are they fully vegetarian or is some amount of meat mixed in?  I
asked a local Jack in the Box cashier who just looked at me in confusion...
