Ana Theresa - Quinoa is a rediscovered "super grain" of South American
origin. It's also grown in the American Rockies. Nutritionally, it's great
- rich in protein and an exceptional source of some minerals. It works well
as a change of pace from bulgur in tabouli, rice in puddings and part of a
vegetable stuffing.
