The
information is supplied by thousands of vegetarians out there on the
Internet,
and they are always looking for more recommendations (and criticisms) in
order
to keep the guide up to date. The emphasis is on veggie, not on low-fat,
but this
site can be a wonderful resource. It helped me locate a veggie
restaurant
only a couple of blocks from my office, and I'd never even known it was
there!
