Re: fatfree coffee "creamer"

Someone posted yesterday about poor fatfree substitutes for half-and-half or
cream for coffee.  You may want to try canned fatfree skim milk, which I use
in all sorts of things, including coffee.  It's thick & rich, like half-and-
half, but fatfree.  Great for soups & casseroles, sauces, etc.
