Veggie Saute


Hi again.............


When I saute my veggies like Judy did, I find that if after I have
sauted the onion and garlic and have put everything in pan that I'm
going to saute, I salt at that pioint.......Mix well.....and then put
the lid on......What salt does, is sweats the veggies and they produce
there own juices.
Keep fire on low.



And never boil Miso.......It is a live food.....when you boil it you
kill the fermentaion..............Is it dark, or like??????  Whats the
name of it....You use different colors for different things.........And
no it probably isn't bad...........
