Mashed Peas

1 cup raw geen peas
1/2 cup of plain non fat yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon  red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon water
salt and pepper to taste
Let peas soak in water over night. Cook peas for 20 minutes. Transferr
to a blender add rest of the ingredients. This is a great substitute for
those plain mashed potatoes!
