This is in response to Michelle, who mentioned her mini rice cooker...
I, too, hate preparing grains and rice for one...does anyone know where I
can find a mini rice cooker? I find that its almost impossible to cook one
serving of grains/rice...it just doesn't cook up right on the stovetop. A
mini cooker seems like it could be my answer!
