Just a thought to consider...
Many people avoid wheat for health reasons, and many of the
people who do avoid wheat, it is because they are really trying
to avoid the "gluten" that is in the wheat which is resposible
for most of the health problems (allergys, immune issues)
assoicated with wheat. For those of you trying to avoid
"gluten", it is important to know that oats, barley and rye are
also high in gluten. The least allergenic grain there is, is
rice, which can make a good breakfast also. I beleive in one of
the McDougall cookbooks he has a recipe for "breakfast rice".
