whole wheat bread recipe #1 (Panasonic)

To Jeannette, Sharon, and other recipe seekers,

The whole wheat recipe that worked so well in my
Panasonic is as follows:

whole wheat flour: 3 1/4 cups (3 3/4 for extra large)
salt: 2 teaspoons (for either size loaf.
                   I used lite salt)
nonfat dry milk: 2 tablespoons (for either size)
applesauce (in place of butter): 2 tablespoons, either
                                                 size
molasses: 2 tablespoons, for either size
water: 1 3/8 cup (11 fluid oz)
(1 1/2 cups for the larger sized loaf)
dry yeast: 1 1/2 teaspoon, for either size
I used Red Star Active Dry

The Panasonic machine calls for adding the dry
ingredients first, then the wet, and putting the yeast
in the special yeast dispenser, which keeps it away
from the liquid until the time is right.
As I'm sure you know, you'll want to add ingredients
in the order suggested by the manufacturer of your
machine.
I'd be curious how this recipe works in other
machines.
I made the smaller sized loaf.
