Make a teriyaki marinade - soy sauce, vinegar and sugar - all 2 T each, =
then 1/2 tsp of ginger, soak washed mushrooms for about 1/2 hr.  Grill =
over BBQ for 3 minutes each side - serve on kaiser buns soaked with the =
remaining marinade and FF mayo, lettuce, tomato - it's a real treat!!

Also:  pasta dish - in bowl mix chopped portabellas, or slice thin, add =
1/2 cup each of FF sour cream and FF grated parmesan, 1 tsp each of =
basil, oregano, garlic powder, 1/2 onion chopped fine, 2 T capers and 2 =
cup up tomatoes, or a can of chopped tomatoes.
Cook pasta, drain and add to above mixure, heat gently over low flame - =
add salt and pepper to taste.  If you need to stretch the dish, cook 2 =
cups of chopped broccoli in MW for 4 minutes and add -=20
