Why there are so many old posts:
I've sifted through, oh, about 6,000+ messages, mostly spam, digging
out old posts that didn't make it to the list and also recipes
submitted by visitors to the web page.
Many of the latter I had delayed posting because they weren't in plain
text. I've fixed them up and started posting what exists (these are
the ones that are REALLY old). There are around 40 more that I still
need to manually edit and send to the list over time.
I hate spam. Sigh. Fatfree gets 30+ spam messages a day to its
various addresses. Aren't you glad they don't get posted?
