candy cravings

Erica,
IMHO, the best thing we all can do for our candy cravings, is to ignore
them, sugar is incredibly addictive. It may take a week for your cravings
to go asway, but this is the best th ing for our bodies. Read _Sugar Blues_
if you ever have any doubts.

On the other hand, if you want to include some tasty sweets, go for real New
England maple syrup. It looks like you are in New Hampshire, shouldn't be
hard to find good maple syrup. Pour it on pancakes or oatmeal, yum.

Or go for molasses. On the healing heart list, one member posted a great
beverage, one cup boiling water and 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses.
Tastes good and high in iron for us wimmin folk, too.

Best, Jan G.
