<< Try soaking them until they are very very soft. Either change the water
 daily, or refrigerate. If in a terrific hurry, boil them.
 
 Sprinkle with salt/seasoning and roast in a 325 degree oven. They will
 not get brown unless you add oil, but they taste good anyway.
 
 Cool completely before storing, otherwise they will get soggy.
