Step 1 - fast for at least one day.
Step 2 - Throw out all the unhealthy food in your 'fridge
Step 3 - Read some articles about the damage that unhealthy food does to you
body
Step 4 - Meditate and rejoice in your good health - remind yourself you will
improve every day.
Step 5 - Pick a recipe that contains things that you like to eat.
Step 6 - Make a nice meal and share it with someone you like........
